For their open days at Espace Grande Arche in La Défense, we proposed to the Viparis company to reveal their spaces and welcome their customers in a Graffiti atmosphere.

On the program: Graffiti workshop for 50 people, on a 30-meter long wall bordering the delivery dock.

The interior spaces were also invested with a “live painting” on canvases and an exhibition of works by the artists Cannibal Letters and Dante.

Workshop, live painting and exhibition came to punctuate this day under the sign of urban arts for visitors.

Atout France, the organization in charge of tourism in France called on Background Paris to highlight the “Women House” exhibition at the Musée de la Monnaie in Paris and reveal the urban face of Paris.

Their wish? Reveal this historic museum by echoing urban art.

Our proposal ? Creation of a 10 x 3 meter canvas on the feminine theme by the artist Kashink, which will then be deployed above the honor staircase of the Musée de la Monnaie in Paris.

Pop in the city is a female urban raid organized in many cities around the world and which finally settled in Paris in 2018 for its 21st edition.

The opportunity for Background Paris to offer a XXL Graffiti workshop for 392 women wishing to try an aerosol can and participate in the creation of a collaborative fresco in an outdoor space with high visibility with the artists Res, Andrew Wallas and Dink.
