Please select the date envisaged, the type of service desired (experience, workshop or visit), the number of participants, enter your last name, first name and email address before confirming your payment by bank card exclusively. Thereafter, you will receive a confirmation email containing your invoice as well as the information necessary for the performance of the service.

No. Only participants who have booked and bought their place for one of the services on the site www.background.paris will be accepted.

All our services have a maximum hosting capacity, we cannot accommodate people who have not booked their place on the site www.background.paris

We advise you to book your place as soon as possible. However and subject to availability, you can still book your date for one of the services up to 24 hours before the start of the service.

No. Anyone can book their place for one of the services. Even a single person.

Yes, the maximum number of people per service is 10 people.

Yes. Minors can participate in the services but must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who will also have booked his/her place for the service.

Depending on the weather, a telephone point will be established with you to decide together on the doability or not of the service. In general, in case of rain, the service is postponed to a later date which would be suitable for all parties. If the weather is really impractical, and you refuse to declare the service at a later date, you will be fully reimbursed.

The experience lasts 3h, the workshop lasts 3h and the visit lasts 2h.

Our services can be carried out in French and / or in English.

Following your reservation and payment on the site www.background.paris, you will receive a confirmation message containing all the practical information: type of service, number of places reserved, price, day, time and meeting point.

You can change the date of your service free of charge up to 72 hours before the date of the service.

Within a period of less than 72 hours, any modification of date will entail additional costs up to 25% of the initial amount.

Any order, once validated by secure payment, is considered firm and final.

The cancellation conditions for the services are as follows:

Cancellation more than 72 hours before the experience: free of charge. Cancellation less than 72 hours before the experience: 100% fee

In very rare cases, when the visit is canceled by Background ParisParis, for whatever reason that is our fault, you will be fully reimbursed.

In some cases, Background Paris may allow the participant to apply the refund to a new reservation, on a new dare.

Background Paris reserves the right to cancel or modify an experience. In case of modification, the customer will be free to accept it or not. If he refuses it, the customer will be reimbursed without this giving rise to additional compensation.

It is recommended to come at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the tour.

Background Paris reserves the right to start the tour at the scheduled time and takes no responsibility for late arrivals.

If you arrive after the service has started, you may have difficulty to catch up with the group and you may miss the service without being entitled to a refund or a new service.

Our services start on time. Any delay on the part of our customers will be deducted from the total duration of the service.

The guide has the right to cancel the tour and leave the meeting point if customers are more than 15 minutes late and especially if they do not answer to our messages and calls. After 15 minutes, the visit will be automatically canceled and no refund will be made.

In case of delay, the participant may not be able to participate in the service, without this being a reason for postponing or reimbursing the service.
